Gatta Kusthi 2 continues its wrestling-and-marriage comedy with Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi returning at the centre. Netflix describes the sequel through family, parenting and relationship problems.

A stay-at-home father supports his wife’s wrestling career. That decision sounds straightforward until critics, parenting responsibilities and fresh problems in the marriage begin piling up. Why the sequel has a useful premise
Sports movies often focus on the athlete. Gatta Kusthi 2 places part of the story around the person supporting the athlete. That changes the dramatic perspective. The conflict is not only about who wins a match. It can also be about how a family adjusts when one partner’s sporting ambitions become a central part of everyday life.
