Collage, Hyatt Ahmedabad
My take on Collage at Hyatt Ahmedabad — strong food and ambience, but ultimately not an extraordinary dining experience.

Collage, Hyatt Ahmedabad Review
My Take
Collage is the kind of restaurant that gets many of the fundamentals right. The food was genuinely good, the ambience worked well and the overall experience felt comfortable and polished.
What held it back for me was the lack of anything truly extraordinary. At a five-star property, I tend to look for that one element that makes a meal memorable — a dish that stays with you, exceptional service, or an atmosphere that turns dinner into an occasion. Collage was good across the board, but it never quite reached that level for me.
That isn’t necessarily a criticism of the restaurant’s execution. Sometimes a place can simply be very good without becoming unforgettable. That’s where Collage sits in my personal ranking.
If you’re already at Hyatt Ahmedabad, it is a comfortable and dependable dining option. I just wouldn’t arrive expecting a destination dining experience.
What Stood Out
Great food and a good ambience make Collage an easy recommendation for a comfortable meal, but don’t expect something extraordinary.
Who Should Go
Hotel guests, families, business diners and anyone looking for dependable multi-cuisine dining in a five-star setting.
Verdict
3.5/5 — A good five-star restaurant experience that gets the fundamentals right, but doesn’t quite become memorable.
